"We've heard about your problem with this assassin of yours and have secretly come here to take him out"

General Phoenix Brown, referred to as General Phoenix, is the general of the British Military , and primarily is associated with The Royal Navy.

Sometime before the events of the third season, Phoenix joined the Royal Navy , and eventually became general. He also somehow gained a scar on the left side of his face.

Season 3 Edit

After Den's funeral, a celebration was held for the 08S. There, Phoenix offered Connor and Ivo Hugh jobs at the Ministry of Defence.

Ten years later, Phoenix returned to Sodor . He stormed into the Scrapyard with Thomas, and attempted to stop Professor's Gang by blowing them up, but the explosion only gaves them a chance to escape, and Phoenix was presumed dead, but he managed to escape.

He returned a second time with backup, Stan and Kate, a few days later. Phoenix stated that The Assassin  was his son, and he would not let him escape again. He encountered the latter in the shunting yards, but the two didn't interact for unknown reasons. After being taken to the headquarters of Professor's Gang by Harold , The Assassin attacked, and blew up the base with Phoenix, Stan , Kate , Hatt, and Cody inside. Lady saved them all and later the General travelled to Barrow-in-Furness with Stepney , Cody , and the soldiers.

The next day Phoenix returned to Sodor on a train pulled by the Flying Scotsman and participated in a battle against Professor's Gang at Henry's Tunnel alongside Cody, and his friends. Phoenix attacked Spike, and forced the latter to give him information about his son.

Season 4 Edit

Phoenix is very quiet and mysteious as not much is known about him. He is not one to easily give up, as he returned once again after The Assassin escaped a first time. He must also has a kind side somewhere in there, as he offered Connor and Ivo jobs.

  • Phoenix has a connection to The Ministry of Defence , as he was the one that offered Connor, and Ivo Hugh jobs there.
  • A soldier appears in Officer Brown's flashback that looks very simillar to Phoenix. The two are not one-in-the-same however.
